Image of IQD LVDS/LVPECL Series Clock OscillatorsIQD’s LVDS/LVPECL clock oscillators, the IQXO-406 and IQXO-439, are housed in an ultra-miniature 2.0 mm x 1.6 mm package. Available in a frequency range from 50 MHz to 250 MHz, these oscillators provide both miniaturization and higher-speed operation in one complete device. These clock oscillators are available at either 2.5 V or 3.3 V with a phase jitter of less than 0.5psRMS (over 12 kHz to 20 MHz) irrespective of which output is specified.
