T Series TRIACs

STMicro's TRIACs are ideal for a variety of applications such as small home appliances

STMicro's T series TRIACs offer voltage ratings up to 800 V and RMS on-state currents from 6 A to 20 A. The +150°C junction temperature allows for a smaller heatsink and/or higher load control for solid state relays (SSRs) or motor starters. Low gate-trigger current (IGT), high immunity, and commutation control results in exceptional performance making the TRIACs well-suited for compact equipment such as motor controls, heating systems, AC relays, and HV crowbar protection for SMPS.
