By combining the TLX9920 with high-voltage power MOSFETs, high-voltage and high-current switching that is difficult to achieve with photorelays can be realized. In addition, SSRs offer better reliability. The TLX9920 adopts an SO6L package with a creepage distance of more than 8 mm to achieve a high insulation withstand voltage (BVS = 5,000 VRMS).
