OptiMOS™ TOLT Power MOSFET Packages | Datasheet Preview

Infineon extends its OptiMOS power MOSFET family of high-performance package offerings with the TO-Leaded top-side cooling package. With the OptiMOS 5 Power Block MOSFET family, achieve benchmark efficiency and high current handling. The TOLT package offers the same high current low-profile benefits as the TOLL package with the advantage of top-side cooling for optimum thermal performance. These MOSFETs are offered in 80 V and 100 V models with a high current rating greater than 300 A for high power density designs. With top-side cooling, the drain is exposed at the surface of the package allowing for 95 percent of the heat to be dissipated directly to the heatsink, achieving 20% better junction-to-case thermal resistance and 50% improved junction-to-ambient thermal resistance compared to the TOLL package.
